Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
We strictly adhere to anti-corruption laws in all countries where we conduct business. Our policies on anti-bribery and corruption, as well as gifts, entertainment, corporate hospitality, and travel, reinforce the principles outlined in our Code. They provide additional guidance to ensure compliance with global anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations. We make it clear that we won't do anything to sway decisions or obtain an unfair advantage, either directly or indirectly, in accordance with the applicable laws.
To promote understanding of these requirements, we provide training on anti-bribery and anti-corruption to our employees. Our Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team also receive specialised training in this regard.
Anti-Competitive Practices and Fair Competition
Our competition in the market is based on ethical and lawful practices. Our code and policies regarding anti-competitive practices and fair competition explicitly prohibit employees from participating in any actions that could lead to anti-competitive behaviour.
This includes entering into agreements or discussions that would manipulate prices, restrict the availability of goods or services, or engage in activities like boycotting customers or suppliers.
Privacy & Data Protection
Senvion maintains a comprehensive privacy programme, reinforcing our commitment to responsibly handling and safeguarding identifiable information related to our customers, consumers, employees, and partners. This programme develops and upholds policies, processes, training, and various mechanisms to ensure compliance with global privacy and data protection laws and regulations. Our policies and commitments in this domain are communicated to all employees through basic training.
We expect our employees and contractors to adhere to the company's privacy and security policies and standards and promptly report any privacy and security incidents or vulnerabilities.
